GROUP #1 - GIRLS GRADE 4, 5 or 6
9:10 - 12:25 daily
This age group often exhibits a wide range of skill development, therefore they be separated into groups to train at a level that is appropriate to their development.

The young athletes will have an opportunity to learn and develop various fundamental offensive skills, including ball handling, shooting, passing and finishing at the net. In addition to the development of the skill, the decision making of when and how to use the skill in a game situation will also be a focus.
SHOOTING, FOOTWORK AND FINISHING AT THE RIM
$145/athlete (includes reversible)
GROUP #2 - GIRLS GRADE 7, 8 and 9
12:40 - 3:55 daily
Athletes will work on the effective use of the pivot foot, various footwork techniques and altering the release point. They will also work on various ways to shoot off the dribble. Girls will have an opportunity to work on the skills and them applying them in game situations.
